Wondering if anyone would be able to help. I'm trying to change the Leader Pictures and Flags of my countries but can't. I've try the Settings, Upload Pics ect... but this isn't working, I've Cleared My History, Restarted my Computer and it still does't work.
Any Help would be appreciated

Can you tell us what message you get when you try to upload?
did you try a different picture?
there could be a formatting problem.
Please let us know and I will have it checked. |

Good day Mr. Andy,
I have constant difficulties uploading my flag on my initial country. This particular ground never accepts any flags, it keeps showing a little panorama icon with ''country flag'' wrote underneath it.
I had uploaded it successfully on my second bought country so I concurred it could be appears in game.
The country is East Obristan, located in Kebir Blue, Eridana Continent, Karabi est Region.
You will notice that the flag is shining on it's glorious might on West Obristan.
I used the algorithm mYbr5x1.png to upload it. You can also find it on the following link; https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1036646
If you could please, assist me on bringing the uploading of the flag for unity purpose of both West and East Obristan in a harmonious standing of the State.
