the problem of huge increasing of the unemployment of low workers is occur again. please fix it or remove this function. i think if this problem continuously exist i will leave this game

I'm feeling the same way, this function has stolen many hospitals and education facilities from me.
It never did anything until a recent update and now its making me question if I want to continue with this game.
We do not need the game holding our hand and "protecting" us from our own choices, I'm level 8, have been up to level 10, I think I can manage my own labor issues, I do not need a bot doing it for me. |

I see shortages in professional in several groups.
The numbers are small but they trigger the system to try to help but the amplitude of these "corrections" is large compared to the shortages.
we have tuned down the correction functions
what you can do is to educate more professionals and make sure all groups have enough workers.
It did not cause any closures in your countries.
the newspaper does not show any problems at all.

I would like to look into it but you did not provide any name of a country or world.
There is no handholding from game level 4.
There is an effort to "rebalance" unemployment and reduce shortages by allowing workers to upgrade or downgrade.
The function is tuned down several times recently and should not make any significant changes at all.
Please let me know if it happens again.
I would like however to look into the country where it happened. |

if i have a problem in a certain group of professional then, why my unemployment of low workers increased form 80k to about 400k this is not logic? and this behavior making the situation more complex because it convert the professionals to low workers, it is not solving it.

I will make a change in the following upgrade making sure that the numbers cannot be that large.
