Most of my countries have large numbers of workers "Reserved for new Facilities" but no new facilities are pending. Most of these have been saying the same thing for months now.
If its needed, the Kingdom of Hodg on White Giant as well as most of the rest of the empires countries. |

This is an old bug.
I will remove these numbers.
It happens when you order a facility (hospital, school etc.) and then cancel.
when you cancel, the reservation is not removed.
It does not block you from doing anything. |

It does block CEO's from building corps in my country, including my own CEO. Thank you for fixing it. |
