How it happened: When you pay, you need in fact to return to the site from the payment page. if you do not, we have no way to know you paid. The payment page is not on our site. For the few people who do not return to the site, we have a process that looks through the confirmations we get from the payment site and makes sure they are all processed. The process, failed to recognize your payment. We will fix this ASAP and make sure that in the mean time, all payments are rechecked. |

Andy | Friday, November 15, 2019 - 01:17 pm We have made a detailed evaluation of the reason your payment was not processed at the time. as I mentioned before, it started because you did not return to the site after the payment. You can do so if you want and the payment must be processed anyway. the processing however is more complex. we get a mail message about it and it is processed automatically, once every hour. The procedure makes sure you get the gold coins (In nearly all cases the gold coins are already on the account). That automatic processing went wrong in some cases because the confirmation mails from the payments provider were changed (only in some cases) and the processing procedure concluded the mail is spam. we have made sure that all mails are recognized. we have no guarantee that they will not change the message again so now we are looking into more data and if the message will be refused while some other data looks correct, we will get a message and will be able to make the needed repairs and also recognize the changed message. we had 3 cases. most players return to the site after the payment and it is then recognized immediately. I am sorry it happened. |
