So I purchased a month of premium today, and my card got charged. However, the premium still hasn't kicked in.
For reference, my card was charged on 11/09/2019 at 13:18 UTC

I had the same issue Hassan. I would send an email to developers and they’ll fix it ASAP. There was an issue with premium having to be done manually after payment. It used to be automatic.

Nevermind, I just found it. I just sent them an email right now. Here's hoping the issue gets resolved. I'm even having issues viewing my population statistics, but I think that might possibly be a benign issue and could resolve itself the next time the pop updates.

I am sorry it took too long to resolve the problem.

I hope it is behind us but we will try to get to the origin of the problem in the coming week.
