You have to have a production plant in stock before a new corp can be constructed. Sometimes there is a production plant shortage, which can delay your building until you're able to purchase one. Check your country supplies and purchase orders to see if you have, or are waiting to have, enough production plants for the corps you asked for. |

There is no corp pending to be build and I have built corps since that started |
