Andy,

Please check Melichor on LU

My low level workers keep raising, Medium level seems to stagnate, and High level keep declining.
This has caused almost 12 million LLW workers to sit unemployed causing major economic hardship. I would ask the GM to please re-examine the recent changes to worker numbers, because something is very seriously wrong.

yeah, something is not working right with the employment process, even with a stable education index and correct education priorities number of employed people shaking in millions. the hiring process is not predictable and this could be due to changes in HLW.

Can a GM please respond and provide some direction on this issue?

I've got 15M low level workers and growing RAPIDLY. This is not sustainable for my economy and I'm already seeing major issues.

Andy,

Please this is very unsustainable and I really need a GM opinion. All other numbers are decreasing, yet my Low Level workers are still growing rapidly

I checked Melichor just yesterday and wrote about it in the othe discussion.

The only difference (a big one) we have compared to the situation several months ago is that the population is now growing faster even if the country has more than 70 millions.

We also had a problem with the distribution of the population in larger population countries and saw declines in many countries.
This is resolved completely.

As a result, there is faster growth of the population.
I think that it continues even at a level of 110 to 140M.
we will have to wait and see where it ends up.

You have many unemployed LLWs but it is small for a country with a population of 278 M.
Upgrading corporations Frees LLWs as you know and requires HLWs and professionals.

You also have shortages of professionals in some groups.
