bigv932009 | Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - 01:12 am Hello. My Country is Tyranica. My issue is that I have enough unemployed civilians to meet a 100 percent worker capacity for all my corporation but they still wont hire what they need for max production. I have already set my hire and production rate for all corporations to 100. This has been happening for about two weeks now. It also prevents me from creating new corporations. Any help would be much appreciated. |
ferdhelke | Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - 01:58 am Look at the details for new corporations you are wanting to build and see if any of them have shortages of more than 50% of any one category of employee. You may need to change the professions of some of your workers to fill those jobs you are sort of. This is often the problem when new corps won't build. Corps will only hire to the percentage of the lowest level of the category of employee that has the lowest percent of available workers. |
bigv932009 | Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - 09:05 pm What should i do about the ones that are currently operating not hiring worker to meet 100 percent even though enough are unemployed to fill those positions. for example I have 90,000 needed for low level workers and currently 180,000 are unemployed. I have an excess of unemployed for all job positions but the corporations will not hire what they need. |
III IIII IIIII | Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - 10:01 pm Make sure to check educational priority. 120 is the max added up from all areas. To note; You are lacking at this moment 952 high tech executives and have 0 in the unemployed queue. I can see you have such raised high already; but just make sure to check between such as it can easily flux based on corporations upgrades/types, country mechanics, and game changes! |
Andy | Thursday, October 25, 2018 - 12:34 pm Good advise. The education priority page is probably the most important page in Simcountry. make sure to tune your education and check this page often. shortage in any of the employee groups can severely damage your employment numbers. |
bigv932009 | Thursday, October 25, 2018 - 09:13 pm Thanks everyone for your help. My corporations are slowly getting back to a 100 percent hiring and productivity. I really appreciate it. |
Andy | Monday, October 29, 2018 - 10:21 am great, but what did you do to get there? |
bigv932009 | Monday, October 29, 2018 - 10:42 pm I use the education priorities page to allocated points to the jobs positions I need. I also use this page to see all of the job position and no longer use the "change professions of some workers" page to view needs of my workforce (they leave out the 2 executive positions on this page). However, I am still having issues getting my corporations to 100% workforce, even though I have a surplus of workers for all positions. Once I change the profession of workers to add a larger surplus, the next month there is a shortage again, workers number go down significantly (as if I never made a change) and no one was hired to make it a 100 percent for all corporations ( at least one to four corps have less than 100 percent of workers). Sorry for the long post. |
