Why is the system ordering 30 months of say military services?
No wonder this product is so red. I've some companies that have 5% hiring companies and 100 month supplies. Sounds like a great way to bankrupt company. Any way I consume 778k and it orders 23mil. That is 30 months
As for the market it is - 30 billion. Maybe tell the system to order a lot when its a green market

Corporations menu -> manage -> supplies.

In a market with a lot of shortages, 30 months is great.
