Negative cash of about 450B
It was even higher when the system took over.
You need to transfer cash into the country or take a loan and interventions will stop.
If a county has negative cash which is considered impossible to sustain, and they have high unemployment and can have more corporations, the system considers them nearly bankrupt and intervenes.
The alternative is of course to bankrupt the country which is in fact the true situation.
countries cannot have negative cash. |
