Hello, im having trouble of producing High Tech Executives, it is at 0 since i started this game. I cant get any workers for the Executives there must be a bug that needs fixing very soon so my workers can go back to work, i have set my priority to 34 and see if it does make any difference so with no luck at all, so can the game master fix this problem before i decide to quit if its not working soon i may leave the game and try another country with the new account, does anyone having this problem where you cant make new workers in the Education system please let me know, the game master needs to read this, it is common problem thank you very much, Michael. |

Bring up all school indexes to 128, not a 100. 125 is perfect but I recommend 128 to help increase welfare index as well. Make all schools, high schools, and universities to 128. Make health at 128, and all transportation indexes at 128 as well. Make taxes at 30% and profit contributions to 100%. Your beginner income will tide you over just well. Your 100 index for schools isn't enough to actually begin educating high tech engineers and executives to where you not only keep replacing them, but train even more as your country grows. |

ok im just starting to increase it to index of 130, what about the salaries, im trying to keep the cost low as possible so ive set the salaries to 100 percent to keep the cost down, what do you think? Thank you Michael. |

Set corporate salaries to 300.0 and government salary to 250. Paying them more money makes them work harder since they have more incentive and produce more products. You should see your production rise to 125% even with 100% hiring. You keep the government salary a bit below corporate so that people are more likely to work in corporations instead, which you need more of. Higher infrastructure indexes also increases welfare index which increases production index. So they all connect together and influence each other in different ways.
Also, I see you have some companies that aren't really profitable or valuable in the current market. These corps are corporations that produces or maintains government infastructures and military products or infrastructures.
I'm not on LU, but I would recommend looking at Aries' country to determine what corps you should build.
You don't want to keep salary low when it could really minimize production levels. Going from a salary level of 100 to 300 may mean going from 100 million up to 300 million, but your production may increase by another billion.

I have made some adjustments this should help alot and it will take some time to grow, but if the High Tech Executives dont improve I will make another country and hopefully it will be better, i thank you for your help and hoprfully it will improve the income better, thank you and i am stuck at level 4 that is the highest i can go for.
