1-Enterprise build corporation advance search results shows no countries without president to build plutonium & strategic bomb corporations. Even if you lower search requirements there is still no c3 countries listed.
2-Enterprise can't contract production of defensive fortifications to the same enterprise from owned corporations.
3-Defensive fortification corporation from my enterprise proposed a direct sale of 1 defensive fortification to my country from reserved production. Logged in as my country and could not accept the direct sale. Clicked and nothing happened. Country has cash and no debt. |

1- yeah there's a rule. No nuke stuff can be built in c3s.
2&3- this is a fix to an unlimited forts in country issue I believe |

Enterprises cannot have a stock of fixed assets like fortifications or bases. |
