Some of my corps are not hiring workers even though there's plenty of workers to staff them. They're refusing to grab those workers even though I set hiring at 100%. |

Nvm, it's working now. The corps are slowly hiring. It pisses me off that they're slowly hiring over months even though a newly built corp can have full workers right away next month. |

These corporations hire 200.000+ workers.
Having then in a single month is unrealistic.
Most times however, hiring gets stuck because of shortage in a specific group of workers. |
