its takes like a gm month for the game to realize you have one,
it needs to up date your country which happens once a month.
if you check back in 4-6 hours and its still not their, then you have a problem |

i think it happens at the same time new bases are updated, and war damge it repared, around the 21st of the Game Month, i think |
