someone applied to run a private corporation in my country....I had left the message unread for a few days... only to find said application now has a corporation in my country...I do not want private corporations in my country and did not accept this application....I didn't read message for 3 days....surely this is not right? |

Yes that's a game feature. If you don't reply within a certain amount of time the corp gets built. If you don't want ceos you can block them from the settings page. |

Block CEOs if you don't want private corporations. Quite simple. To get rid of the existing ones send them a message to "get out" and bump your tax rate up. |

Of course Corporations Moved to your country cannot be moved again for 40 game months. It's a "feature". |
