main thing, my countries have stopped paying out IF payments to my pop, i was really enjoying the new process, with out the pay outs, its a 20B difference in my main countries income tax. although my IF is gaining funds, and not loosing, with out any payout, its like the worst of both worlds

secondly, i noticed that the pay out went from 0.07% to 0.60% up about 0.10 a day until it reached the 0.6 mark, where will this stop? i mean to high, and it will force every investment fund to sell out eventually, 2 low, and the funds will go up very high. in my <20M countries, the pay out was equal to the pops pay in, with no dividends increasing the fund, in my main, i had a possitive growth of about 12B a game month, with about 60T in liquid cash, if i was to invest all of that, its likely that the monthly dividends wouldn't keep up with the pop pay out

where is this going?

thirdly, any word on a max cash level that has finiancial fee attached? i'm opposed to this... my IF has increased by 20% value in buying stock, i'd like to feel comfortable having a size-able cash level to buffer against force stock sales

forthly, when it comes to forced stock sales to pay the pop, how will that be handled? what stocks would be picked, on what criteria?

True. It will restart ASAP. probably tomorrow morning.

0.6 is for now high enough. we will look into some statistics before we make any additional changes.

Financial fees are not introduced yet.
If the funds contribute enough, with some cash reductions, we will not introduce any fees.

If cash levels remain very high and it remains impossible for the funds to invest a larger part of their assets in the market, we will.

currently the funds have overgrown the share market by a very large margin and it has to start moving towards a better balance.
