Water Treatment Facilities are not being built in my countries (United Federalists on While Giant is leader) for the last few months. I know there can be a backlog, but the countries keep ordering on auto, and none are being built at all. |

For the love of god, turn the auto off.
There's a shortage, you need to purchase immediate orders, if you don't want to wait. This is what happens in shortage. It's normal, not a problem. |
