if your country is in a very bad shape, the system will try to save it.
this does not happen a lot.
recheck these settings, turn off all the ones you do not want and mail us the name of the world, country. we will check. |

Oddly enough it was in a country (slave: Koalla, Kebir Blue?) that wasn't doing bad at all. |

automation is off.
leave it as is.
if turned on automatically, mail us please.
we see such automatic changes on our logs and we see the reasons. |

Sometimes it does.
If the country is in a bad financial state, the procedure will try to fix it and prevent bankruptcy.
