My country name is Brave and Free on KB and I'm also having the same problem. I have been waiting a few days now and none of my hospitals get completed!! |

Same question then.
Did you check the market for hospitals and do you have the doctors, and nurses to work in these hospitals. You need to check the education priorities page. It is probably the most important page in the game.
There is no problem at all with hospitals.
If they are available, and the workers they need are also available, you will receive them and keep them. |
