Jan Novak | Sunday, August 17, 2014 - 05:34 am Hi... I am CEO of Velvet Group on FB. For maybe 2 weeks i have this problem with one of my corp. In Table My Corporations> Upgrades one of my corp (Mills Oil) has ordered permanently for that 2 weeks of real time one Quality upgrade and still not bought. The problem is that in table Retract orders this corp has no Quality upgrade buying so i can't cancel this order. But I still can't order 2 upgrades with this corp (I can only one) as it's works on others. I think it's bug. Now I order 2 QU with all corps (with Mills Oil only one I can) but in that Retract order Mills Oil showing that it's buying only one. |

drys0013 | Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - 05:20 am the game is auto upgrading, it upgraded already once and then allowed you to buy the second upgrade since game does 1 at a time. check setting to confirm |
Jan Novak | Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - 02:56 pm Yesterday I enable autoupgrade but befor (when I have this problem) I have dissabled autoupgrading for 3 weeks. You don't understand my problem. It's bug on database or something. Every corporation I have I can order two upgrades and it's wotrk and show me 2 ordered upgrades and thats normally bought, but Mills Oil has PERMANENTLY ordered one upgrade what is really not ordered and for that reason I cannot cancel this order to solve that problem. |
Jan Novak | Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - 03:02 pm Now when I set autoupgrading it's not show so now I dissable it and wait if all upgrades will be bought but I think in Mills Oil number 1 stay forever. |
Jan Novak | Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - 03:53 pm Ok ... for some reason it helps... That order was not delivered for 2 weeks, but now when I enable autoupgrading for one day and later dissable it Mills Oil finally buy that upgrade. |
drys0013 | Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - 11:32 pm maybe the order for the upgrade was being applied. it takes a cycle for it to apply it, it would limit you then also to 1. if your using the mass screen upgrade now function, then you do it 2x it should order 2 unless like mentioned above, ordered one already or is processing a recently received order. was it just the one corp or all them do this? |
Jan Novak | Wednesday, August 20, 2014 - 04:23 am Only that one has that problem. When I set autoupgrade on and then dissable it that one stucked order was bought. |
