chrispy | Saturday, June 21, 2014 - 02:54 am Every airdrop I monitor on the "Scheduled Airdorppings" page says "finished" before I can move or attack with it in the war engine. presumably this is also the case for airlifts. Is this misreporting or airdrops taking longer than expected? Secondly, according to the page, the time for the airdropping of 3 SF units, identical in terms of size, current position, airdropped position and time at which airdrop was ordered apparently varies greatly: Stating finished finished for one, 37.5% on another, and 25% on the third. This info conflicts with both the operation log that doesn't state the completion of the airdrop, and the wart page that doesn't allow me to use the unit that has "finished" the airdrop. Also, for airdrops on a SF unit, the page states 25%, 31.25%, 37.5%, 50% and finished. This is for the transport that takes one Air Transport Units one trip. This seems odd. Yay, the log now tells me that somehow a unit that was 37.5% complete and is "finished" before one at 25% changes, Still cant use it. (Lazy Pilots?) To conclude, the "Scheduled Airdorppings" page appears a poor way of monitoring the airdrops, the same is probably true for the "Scheduled Airlifts" page. Note: As soon as the ops log reported completion of airdrops, the units was able to move and attack, and the status of the airdrop vanished from the page. Question as well. Should the Q of air transports matter? Of the three air transport units used in this air drop, 2 were high Q and one was low Q. The order of completed airdrops went high low high. |
Andy | Tuesday, June 24, 2014 - 04:57 pm We will look into it ASAP. There will be a clarification tomorrow. |
Jonny Alouette | Wednesday, June 25, 2014 - 10:26 pm I cannot airdrop RDU's as I can't "CREATE UNIT" at a base ;I can't select a base from a list OR click on a base. This 'Base' problem has happened often, wat dat? |
cl108 | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 02:06 am That happens to me on mobile using Chrome when I have multiple game windows open. |
Andy | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 10:04 am Please give us more details. country name? world name? we will look into it ASAP |
RoboCop | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 11:01 am @Chrispy: I tested but found no problem. The "Scheduled Airdroppings" page is a good way to monitor the progress. If that page says the dropping is finished it is really finished. But maybe the war map is not yet updated? Does it help to reload the war page? If it happens again, please mail us which country and unit and we will have a closer look. |
RoboCop | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 11:08 am @Jonny: Which country are you using to create the Remote Depot and in which country are you creating it? Which browser are you using to do it? There was indeed a problem but that has been fixed several weeks ago. |
Jonny Alouette | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 08:53 pm I use "Mohi Heath" usually, and the problem occurs after I declare war (if that matters) and it seems a cluttered map contributes to the problem. I can't 'clear the map' to 'click on base'. Also, when I take a C3, why can't I use their airbases immediately? |
Jonny Alouette | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 09:00 pm PS: The problem isn't WHERE I use it. It,s the creation process. I can't connect it to a base to create it. I use the latest I.E. by M.S. |
Jonny Alouette | Thursday, June 26, 2014 - 09:05 pm On a different note, I get zip when I click on "Corporations that use (insert product name)". For weeks now. |
drys0013 | Friday, June 27, 2014 - 05:51 am @jonny: make sure all direct trade, space screens are closed. I have had it happen and i close the direct trade screen and it works from the list mode again. it brings the list up, but won't allow it to enter in the box when selected, right? I find that helps that issue. |
RoboCop | Friday, June 27, 2014 - 01:39 pm @Jonny. Please check the creation of Remote Depots again. It works for me using "Mohi Heath" and Internet Explorer 11 but I found a potential problem. I fixed that problem and hope it solves your "Create Depot" problem. If it does not help, please tell us what happens exactly. 1. Does the popup show when you click "select from a list"? 2. Is the "airport name" copied to the input below the map when you click "select"? |
RoboCop | Friday, June 27, 2014 - 01:43 pm @Jonny also: Where do you click "Corporations that use 'product'"? On the white product popup window? What happens when you click the button? Is there a page loaded in the main window? What does the page say? If no page is loaded when you click the button, could you right-click the button and select "inspect element"? If you click the button again, is there an error message in the developer console? |
Jonny Alouette | Saturday, June 28, 2014 - 06:04 pm 'Corps that use this product' seems to be fixed. Haven't used RDU lately, but if problem persists will give EXACT info. You guys are good. Thanks. |
Jonny Alouette | Saturday, June 28, 2014 - 06:20 pm I'm not following you with "remote depots", the problem exists at "Create unit: click on a base or select one from a list." Neither one works. After I declare on a C3 I can't 'DROP' my RDU because I can't 'CREATE IT'. I know you will fix it if I can just explain it clearly. |
RoboCop | Monday, June 30, 2014 - 10:05 am @Jonny: I changed something. Please test "select from a list" again. Does it work? If "select from a list" still does not work, what does not work? 1. There is no popup window when you click "select from a list" below the map? 2. The popup window is shown but empty (no airports listed)? 3. Clicking "select" after the airport name does not copy the airport name to the edit below the map on the main window. Thanks! |
