I can still paint, but I can't attack anything. I don't know if they can attack yet, but shouldn't the game prevent the declaration altogether? |

The message is correct. You cannot attack a President in the first 21 days.
You are right that the declaration should be prevented. It does when I try to declare war
with one of your countries.
Looking at your countries, I could not find a war.
Are you able to declare war on a president?
How?
If you can show me how, I will prevent the

It happened when the nato armforces fed voted for war. |

Yes I've seen it happened before. If you put a vote up for war in your fed it goes through and bypasses the 21 day rule for some reason. |
