Hey GM, a little while ago, my friend who leads the Kingdom of Naga on KB, recently came to me and said 2.0 Trillion was missing from his account. I honestly brushed it off and assumed he must of spent it somehow right? Anyhow, I log online today to trade some coins for cash, did have 6.92 Trillion in my account as a cash reserve - I now have just 3.92 Trillion. 3.0 Trillion has now gone from my account as well!! myself (Tacky.G.H) and Boomerang are very disappointed as we both kinda need that money right now due to expansions.
Please can you help with this ASAP. Please note, if you check my account, I will be using at least 2.0 Trillion from whats left to give to one of my countries. |

Money never disappeared from any account.
Every now and then we have such claims but there is always a reason.
check you cash flow and you will see where it went.
There is a complete cash computation 6 time per real day and it shows cash before and after.
All the amounts are there and they are all explained. |

Andy it was never in a country!! It has gone from my actual account. I never gave it to a country it was just sitting in reserve in case any one of my countries needed it. There is no way it can vanish when nothing charges your account in SC money... everything is done in GC - for instance the space docks are 5 coins every four weeks....
There is no way I have used it. From your reply it sounds like you have just rather brushed it off than investigated it. Not being funny Andy, I have 3 Trillion Vanished from my ACCOUNT - NOT COUNTRY, I am finding it hard to work out how yourself as a GM cannot see where it has gone?
As for the Game money exchange log, I got just this:
Jan 14 Moved 2.00T out of your account. Decreased to 1.92T SC$
Jan 14 Moved 2.00T into Coastal Rock on Kebir Blue. Increased to 4.21T SC$
the above was mentioned in my 1st comment about myself moving 2.0T after I noticed the 3.0T missing.
I hope you will take some time to look into this Andy, it would be much appreciated. |
