First: If you need help, best is to post with Country/Ceo Name and World you play.
Second: I guess you're not talking about military spending space? If not did you order Schools/Roads or the like? Some new players fail to see this is correlated with buying on the Trade page. To be more exact, everything thats not military will cut in your 'normal' spending space, no matter were you order or what |
