It seems that only 50% of housewives can get back into the job market, (similar to how only 50% of disabled can) but it does not say this in the back to work school conversion screen. Either the back to work schools need fixing or the text does.

My country's Eagle on LU in case you want to check whether it's specific to my country or LU.
