| Wednesday, June 12, 2013 - 11:07 pm Hey Andy, I got two questions: I see a Population Transfer Penalty on my Countries and as far as I know on the Documentation it only mentions a Penalty if you sell Population for GCs, not for trading Population with other Countries and as I didnt sell Population for GCs but only bought them I, is this Penalty correct and if it is, why I got it? And I only traded Population from my Main Country with other Countries and I dont understand why all countries got penalized, would you please also explain that?

| Friday, June 28, 2013 - 10:47 am The score levels are largely corrected but changes continue. The pace is declining and it will stabilize. The problem with the score, connected to population transfer is the same on all countries. We will not touch it before the end of the month. It will be solved next month. We think that the score is now around where it should be. small changes will continue, examples: - Fortifications, military bases, and space centers will have a larger impact on the score. - The war level, especially war level >2, will have a larger impact on the score. - The defense indexes will depend more on a balanced mix of weapons and on military units rather then on the sheer number of weapons.

From the 31 Countries on KB recieving an Award, if the list stays as it is now, 22 dont have the score problem and if those 22 had the score also reduced by those 200 Points, at least half of them would be below the Award-Places. | Friday, June 28, 2013 - 07:46 pm I checked the population transfer score penalty formula again. The score is computed correctly. There is no penalty if the country did not transfer any population. The sore page shows a wrong number. we will fix it coming Tuesday but it will only change the number on the page, not the score. (some time ago there was a problem, it was fixed several weeks ago but the page was not corrected).

| Monday, July 1, 2013 - 11:41 am Both wear off. the issue here was that some players see a population transfer penalty while no such transfers took place. This was an error some time ago, it was immediately fixed in the formula but keeps showing on the score page. so we need to fix the score page but the score will not change because of this.
