Clumsy explanation: If it is displaying by default the ranks K to N, and I want to see the ranks, say, 1 to 100, it won't let me. It'll just show me the ranks K to N with just the same three parameters in the minimized version: score, rank, country. Let us continue with this bug: From the same state, I now click "Best Presidents". I'm seeing the ranks 1 to 300. If I change the criteria and click "Show", it'll just show me the same 1 to 300 range.
