cowboy74434 | Thursday, September 27, 2012 - 06:51 pm I'm missing tons of offensive ammunition! What's the deal??? |
Crafty | Thursday, September 27, 2012 - 09:43 pm Thanks for the comprehensive information there cowboy. How do you expect any answers with just that sentence? You haven't even said what your country is. |
cowboy74434 | Friday, September 28, 2012 - 12:13 am Sorry for the lack of info. I am returning from being a past full member. I'm on the free version checking things out cuz the game had changed to the worst about a year ago when I played. I've been back for a few days this time. It looks like things are still whacked out and I doubt I pay any money to play, lol. My new country is Western Front on GR. I have been noticing my ammo just disappearing over night and thats why I was asking "whats the deal?" |
cowboy74434 | Friday, September 28, 2012 - 12:42 am It looks like all missing ammo has found its way home. This makes no since at all to have them missing in the first place. I didn't have an air unit made up to even think a supply unit would have them, lol. |
Michael VII | Wednesday, October 17, 2012 - 10:03 am I ran into the same situation in the country of Billetto while at war using my Lansdale unit. I had over 2000 mid-range missiles and they just disappeared all of a sudden. I am a premium member and if this continues, I won't. Fix it. |
sbroccoli | Wednesday, October 17, 2012 - 10:03 pm Did you guys change your garrison layout? Or army lay-out? The ammo and weapons displyed in the inspection is what is in stock. Not what is deployed. |
Michael VII | Saturday, December 29, 2012 - 09:02 am No changes were made in my situation. I just recently ran into another problem. I purchased 500 Conventional Missiles and batteries. The batteries appear on my stock list but the missiles themselves are gone. Any ideas? |
Andy | Saturday, December 29, 2012 - 08:04 pm Ammunition does not disappear but unfortunately, the information on where it might have gone is hard to get and needs an improvement. Proof of that is the number of times such claims are made, and then the ammunition is found. Ammunition is moved automatically to military units and it could be either in the units or in the supply units moving it around. Please check again. Please also check the military units logs. We will plan a page that shows all the units and the numbers of ammunition of each type. Maybe we need a log that can show ammunition changes per type. |
Crafty | Saturday, December 29, 2012 - 09:41 pm Conventional missiles dont get moved around Andy, as do not the batteries. So they're either in stock or they're not, innit. |
SweetPea | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 09:52 am It is likely he thought he bought the ammo. I had reported a very long time ago that sometimes when you make contracts and trade between countries, you can accept such offers or make such transfers but the transaction is not processed making it appear as if you transferred or purchased the item in question but in actuality the negative cash prevents the action. Could be the problem, could not be I am not sure but I think it may be what happened if the issue isn't resolved. |
Crafty | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 12:36 pm Dont these transactions show nowadays on the trade pages, that things bought and sold by the country page? I know market trades dont but these apparently were conv missiles/batts so not market tradeable. These should show. |
Keto | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 03:06 pm Ding, ding, ding, ding! Wendy is right. He ran out of cash so the transaction didnt go through. I checked the transaction logs. This needs to be fixed in game. A message should appear immediately stating insufficient funds and leave the trade offer available until the player has the funds. Yes Crafty the logs appear. |
Crafty | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 03:24 pm Well then, Michael had the information to know where these missiles were at. No bug or issue happened. 99% of perceived problems/bugs are players misunderstanding. |
Keto | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 03:33 pm Yes it appears in transaction logs for both country and CEO |
SweetPea | Sunday, December 30, 2012 - 06:19 pm I can understand when this happens with Contracts. I wish the contract would stay active so you don't have to rinse repeat when you realize this happened. It is even worse when you are doing transfers between countries in your empire and the -60B prevents the transfer, but eats up the spending space anyways. |
