Dunno if this is working as intended.
All GM docks that are seemingly able for lease have goods in them. Since they got goods in em: "Sorry, this Docking Station is not empty.
The owner must sell the products on the Market or fly-in a Space Ship to empty this dock before you can lease it."

So GM, can you please fiddle around a little so atleast some docks are able for new players to lease, atm there are NO free docks on Carina.
