I've been liberating c3's. And turning them loose in a day or two when their temporary war protection ran out. My last two conquests had over 4 game years worth. (war level 3). I believe this is in error?

And a possibly related concern (first pointed out by other players in chat):

the "pink" empire countries on the world map are being listed as having no president on the map, and unavailable on their country's home page. Example: Golden Rainbow - Draca Mixor Continent - Vanguard Region - The Democratic Union of Regina.
