Thu Nov 1, 3001 The corporation Mont Palma Factory Maintenance in The Commonwealth of Shi has been closed because the market value and utilization are too low and the corporation is making losses. 283384 employees were fired.
was not in debt, and the market sit. is near completely red. how is that underutilization?
and of course i'm not premium, i.e. no level 5 to build FMU factory! urgh! |

Subutilization implies you either lacked enough workers to keep it running at 100% utilization (or over) or you raw materials. |

it was running full out, and was the highest employing (percentage) company in my country. the other FMU factory got auto closed 2 months later! |

The corporations process does not know if your are premium or not. There is no difference in the processing of any function between premium and not premium.
there are features and advantages that are only available to premium members.
as to the problem:
Before they close, there is a sign on the corporations list showing that the corporation has a problem.
the problem shows on the page of the corporation itself.
If a corporation makes a very large loss for some time, it will close.
If you see a corporation with a problem and you do not know what it means, write here on the forum. we will try to be on time and have a look. |

it was NOT showing a loss. the 2 months before it closed (and the 3rd month i was president) it had an income of nearly 2 bill. why with my FMU factories? why not with the -income factory that i could rebuild at my level? |

Corporations have never in the long history of this game closed for no reason.
The reason is always in the newspaper and it is always precisely what happened.
You need to check the corporations page from time to time because they show warnings ahead of time and you can see where it goes.
One of the reasons for a very quick bankruptcy and closing is the manual purchase of a very large amount of raw materials by the player while the corporation is unable to pay for it. it needs to be a LOT of raw material. |

I think what Laguna means is that it could also be lack of raw materials that has set production to zero. The number of employees fired means that hiring was high. |

I've got the same problem.
two of very profitable Country Controlled Public Corporations has been closed.
Before they close, there isn't a sign on the corporations list showing that the corporation has a single problem.

3 of Corporations Closed for no reason on LU, haven't been takes any debts, High Hiring rate (you can see on News), and Good Salary.
3 of Corporations all high profits, about 1B every month in game.
so I'm considering this game is too many bugs, not complete enough for play.
maybe it's the time to rest for a while, let develop team to fix bugs. |
