youwillfall (White Giant) | Friday, November 4, 2011 - 04:33 am i recently discovered my corperations are at 100% efficency but i had purchased some upgrades for most of them a little wile ago (i didnt purchase more then +2 for them all as i had high tech worker shortages)) but they seem to have dissappeared i am planing on starting to do a couple of upgrades soon but i dont want them to dissappear anyone else have a problem or was i an isolated incidend. |
Crafty (Little Upsilon) | Friday, November 4, 2011 - 02:21 pm They do disappear with time, run out I guess or deteriorate. You will need to keep buying them. |
Pale Rider (Little Upsilon) | Friday, November 4, 2011 - 05:09 pm mine are on auto order but even that doesn't seem to keep up. already pumped a few trillion into CEO to keep it afloat. gonna have to dump it because buying coins is out of the question. will close entire account first. i now understand why many econ players have left the game as well. |
Crafty (Fearless Blue) | Friday, November 4, 2011 - 06:29 pm They do seem harder to come by. Mostly in the red. I built corps to take advantage of this but I'm having problems getting them profitable. Dont know why, they are in high demand, no ridiculous trade strats, low salaries ish. I've set supplies to 120 now, see if that shifts them. Thing that gets me, it seems if you dont upgrade production quality process you will only produce 120 product regardless of quality of input supplies. Is that right/meant to be that way? |
Pale Rider (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, November 5, 2011 - 01:05 am don't do it. i tried that. that's why my CEO is drowning. lost about 5 trillion in loans. i set it back to 160 and am down to about 180 Billion per game month loss. didn't have this problem till i bought/built those quality factories. but that could just be a coincidense. GM is always changeing crap that costs us big. |
Homerdome (Fearless Blue) | Saturday, November 5, 2011 - 03:11 am keep this in mind as well, one bad corp that is always negative and losing alot of money can render 5 or 6 profitable corps useless to your overall enterprise profit. I found that out and i was losing tons of cash in my enterprises that i never had a problem with. After having to close a pile of unprofitable corps that used to make money my enterprise's recovered. |
Crafty (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, November 5, 2011 - 03:59 pm OK. Anyone making these corps profitable? I dont mean by supporting them within your own country or other distractions from the basic balance sheet, just a strategy that shows advanced production and quality products corps make a healthy profit like they used to. |
YourOnlyFriend (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, November 6, 2011 - 02:46 pm I'm going to cry for at least an hour. |
Crafty (Fearless Blue) | Sunday, November 6, 2011 - 06:08 pm I take that as a No? |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, November 10, 2011 - 01:40 pm Bump. |
Akkadian (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, November 10, 2011 - 03:34 pm I bought a load of advanced quality and effeciency corps thinking they were good corps. They used to be some of the best to build. Any now there consistently losing money despite the market being fully red. I dont get it. Crafty go to your ceo and buy stae corps. You'll see that pretty much all those corps are losing money. |
Akkadian (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, November 10, 2011 - 03:38 pm I just rechecked and there making profits this month so now I look a fool. Glad I didn't close em. |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, November 10, 2011 - 08:19 pm Good, would be nice seeing as they are game level 5 corps, use a lot of workers etc. I havent closed them yet, hoping to ride out the storm. Thanks Akkadian, maybe I can get some profit out of them again. |
