Crafty (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, August 13, 2011 - 04:27 pm I am noticing on LU that automatic country orders for supplies are being turned to immediate orders after only one game month of being un-filled. Surely this is not correct? Its happening for all sorts of supplies, not just military, although the goods are in shortage. One country where this is heppening is federal reserve on LU. Am I alone in this, anyone else? |
Blueserpent (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, August 13, 2011 - 04:33 pm Mine seem to be fine. my issue is with all countries ordering light tank ammo, light art ammo, when i dont own one single damn tank or art to load the ammo into that it keeps ordering. Im sick of having to keep cancelling orders everytime i log in. |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, August 13, 2011 - 08:06 pm yep, always short of them, maybe check you havent got minus in stock blue, if you have just buy enough to get positive. Or does it show you have a monthly use of ammo for 0 weapons? |
Keto | Sunday, August 14, 2011 - 12:38 am I'm having same issue as blue with country buying ammo for weapons I dont have |
Noproblem (Fearless Blue) | Friday, September 2, 2011 - 11:28 am I have noticed this once or twice, and did find a negative balance each time. But why did it wait till it was negative to order?? Sudden changes in useage rates?? I thought I didn't have any tanks in one country, and did find an old Defensive division that I had. That is why I was ordering Light Tank Ammo when I thought I shouldn't have needed any! |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, September 2, 2011 - 12:08 pm I am buying and selling lt tank and light arty ammo also I have a dock on carni One option is up the order point I changed mine to 3 and 24 |
FattyMcButterPants (Fearless Blue) | Friday, September 2, 2011 - 03:30 pm I have noticed that county orders now do not turn immediate even after a full game year waiting for fulfillment. Excellent and thank you for fixing this. |
CorporatePartner (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, September 3, 2011 - 04:19 pm Well, wield the proverbial double-edge sword. Because, a --lot-- of products are in shortage on Little Upsilon, so, if orders don't "auto-turn" to immediate, they may --never-- be filled. That may actually be desirable for "crappy" products like Light Artillery ammunition that no one even seems to have 2 cannons in stock to use it anyways (hyperbole--yes..it is useful, but not for all leaders or countries), but for critical supply items, like was mentioned in other topics, it would in fact be considered maybe a "serious problem" not having supplies delivered. One solution: join or make or use a Common Market. If you need help there is an entire blog talking about it ;). Otherwise, pay the darn 10-20% extra and make some big profits in space instead...ha-ha ;) And, the actual point was: If products are in "severe shortage" on a world market, it may trigger some faster "auto-change to immediate order". And, Little Upsilon would seem to have many products that would potentially qualify to cause that "faster response". Maybe, maybe not, but that is an "idea" of what may happen some of the time. |
