Have two leases here both on the "Carina Space Staton", and both from "Gamemaster" owner. These "leases" however do not specify the date and time when they begin and end, nor is there a "warning" message of any kind when they are about to "auto-expire".
This account very nearly lost both leased docks, and likely all the contents within, due to there not being a --normal, logical system for leasing--.
"There is no need" to have an "auto-withdrawl" of Gold Coins from the account for these leases. Instead, a "normal payment system" should be used; for example, similar to how "entities" are "extended". In that case, when you have a country or enterprise, the "system" never goes and "auto-withdrawls" Gold Coins from an account. That is clearly and obviously a violation of the basic concept of controling one's "assets", particularly "Gold Coins".
It is obvious abuse that "whoever", once again, controls or programs the "economic" or "trade" functions for the site, is trying to "drain Gold Coins" out of member accounts. Furthermore, it makes the "lease agreement" hard to control and gives little flexibility or options for renewal or vacating the docks.

Man, I have had the feeling that CP is Jozi 'keeping them honest'. I see lots of Tommi and much more of Jonni. I just can't seem to get a hold of Jozi or RoboCop. I know I had both of their numbers in my Rolodex. "Sorry... the number you have reached is out of service or temporarily disconnected. At any rate it is funny because CP is asking why there hasn't been a *Jozi Chat* in ages. If this = that, and that = this... well then that would just be plain weird.
Anyways lol, maybe CP should be paid some consulting fees for all these critical errors and documented references currently being overlooked by "whomever"(LOLS!) is behind those curtains doing who knows what. |
