CorporatePartner (Fearless Blue) | Thursday, May 26, 2011 - 08:48 am Worker exchange calculations for valuing the 'total salaries' of workers sent and received is not working properly. High government salary countries are showing the worker values to be --less than-- low salary ones. Example: 'Low' government salary country at 130. 'High' government salary country at 411. Low salary country offers exchange of 10,000 Low Level Workers for 10,000 Middle Level Managers: "Exchange Proposal is not balanced. The total salary of the people received (927.84M SC$) is more than 20% larger than that of the people sent. (404.60M SC$)" Then, with the exact same exchange, but this time, the higher salary country sends the 10,000 Low Level Workers, asking to receive 10,000 Middle Level Managers: "Exchange Proposal is not balanced. The total salary of the people received (1.11B SC$) is more than 20% larger than that of the people sent. (390.47M SC$)" So, in a country with government salaries of 130, the 10,000 Low Level Workers are supposedly at a total salary level of 404.60M SC$, whereas from the country with about 400 government salaries, 10,000 Low Level Workers are worth --less-- at 390.47M SC$. And, the same issue happens with the 10,000 Middle Level Managers...the higher government salary are valued at 927.84M SC$, whereas in the lower salary country they are valued at 1.11B SC$. |
