Health Index = 127.88 for 65M population.

810 hospitals
544 needed
20 war hospitals
110 special clinics

Health cost per month 90B
health contributions from public 30B.

Is this normal? My health cost somehow outstrips every single other cost by far. Even my defense costs and education costs which have much higher indices.

Anyone know a way to lower the costs?

Country is New York on LU.
