Wanting to bring down the cost of my defense budget its been really high lately so I decide to destroy some of my weapons you know so the cost will go down. Well I go to destroy some of my weapons the next day I see what type of a impact it had money wise. And in the Cash Changes- Year to Date its shows up saying I bought weapons. Thinking I accidently bought weapons. I destroyed some more weapons. Well the same thing showed up. So I dont what Im doing wrong or not realizing but something aint right. And just a couple of days ago I destroyed some more weapons thinking the problem probably went away now well days later it shows saying I bought almost 100 billion in weapons and Im dead serious. I did not buy not one weapon. Can someone tell me what the hell Im doing wrong.

First thing I noticed is that maybe the weapons should of been sold and not destroyed.
