i have asked repeatedly for aid from different ones and got nothing. one said i had to be game lvl 1. and a lvl 4 got aid 3 times now. and i am in some serious need of it and cant get it. any suggestions. |

Well if you did not mention the name of your country the last times you asked for aid. I can see why you did not get any aid. What is the name of your country since it is not mentioned here?
Security Council checks Game Levels when a proposal is made. So a level 4 more than likely did not receive aid. |

OSEA what is the deal with all those military bases? I counted 15. You have your assets and military locked so I can not see them. I venture to guess that is why you where turned down for aid in the past.
Please unlock your assets so council members and the rest of the voting world can see your financial and military assets. So we will have the necessary information to vote accordingly.
