Keto (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 05:26 pm Ok, now I'm really getting annoyed. I ran a test in one of my countries: 1-all garrisons full 2-no offensive weapons 3- all age groups of LLW's/MLM's from 20 to 60 have at least 300k(more than enough to keep a military active), so the over 50 shouldn't apply. 4-financially the country makes money and can more than afford its military 5-enough supply units to keep the garrisons stocked 6- there is no shortage of workers in other professions Why does the military still de-activate? Once I fill my garrisons they should stay full until I remove them or run out of available soldiers, officers. GM, any ideas on this? I hate having to check my country daily to make sure my garrisons are full. Is there a glitch everytime the country updates? If so can you fix it? |
Psycho_Honey (Golden Rainbow) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 06:12 pm No there is no Glitch, watch your population age graphs. You need enough unemplyed mlm under the age threshold for the army. WTF? and I am the noob huh? |
Keto (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 07:28 pm I know its hard for you to do, but try re-reading what I posted and pay attention. I've checked everything and all factors are where they need to be. |
Psycho_Honey (Golden Rainbow) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 07:47 pm Submit specific country names, document the time frame(s) in question. Check your salary levels as well. Above all else, watch your population graphs. Maybe it is hard for you, but LU moves pretty fast, and year after year managers retire, and the amount of officers fluctuates with your population demographic. If you really think there is a glitch which is 99% unlikely, document specific case and email the results and your methods in an email to the gamemasters. The game masters keep a backup of all the servers. So 'IF' something is wrong, it will be corrected. It is more likely that you have either too many weapons or not enough available officers or any combination of both. Programming does not mutate. I find it highly inconceivable that it is targeting players in YOUR fed only which have been the ONLY players in the game to raise this issue in the past two months. I don't think I have heard this much discussion about deactivation in my entire game span. Up to this point all you have done is stated what could be false or only what you believe to be true. No one can verify any of the hypothetical 'facts' you have presented. Instead of assuming what is less likely to be the case, I'll continue assuming what I know to be true, until proven otherwise. Is that difficult for you? Trying to be cute was never your strong suit, Keto. |
whiteboy (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 10:01 pm You know what Windy...if you don't think it's true then ignore it you child. The topic wasn't "Windy Please Read and Respond Insincerely"...go mind your own business...there is a problem, you wouldn't understand because you don't actually have a military because you hide in WP all the time...the rest of us who actually defend our countries instead of hiding them while fighting with c3's would like the system to work correctly. You are wrong on this, you have no experience with this, so shut up and let's see if someone else has an idea of what the problem might be. |
Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, July 29, 2010 - 11:27 pm I certainly am right, EC, EO, WB, and Keto, Mysteriously are the only one to be affected by deactivation glitch. At first it was because it wasn't fair. Then it was becuase the war engine wasn't working right. Now it is a glitch. This thread is somewhat reminiscent of 'Now something has to change'.... More spam and BS. This is a public access forum. If it were a real problem, county name would be given and an email sent to the gms about the problem. Instead the usual status quot itchin and whining on OUR forums. This kind of explains why you guys are crying for changes for nuke weapons and c3 changes. You need another Idea of what is happening? Here's one, you all ore some really dense dimwits. Manage your army correctly, OR mind your manners. I know a lot of people who don't know how to nor do they care to put up a nuke defense, because they govern themselves accordingly. For someone who has 'every clue' about how the war engine works, you dipsticks collectively can't get one of the most basic elements of defense under control. Installing and maintaining an FN Garrison. Well, when you do get a clue and realize what the war engine is capable of, you'll quit yer whining. Arrogance is yet another possible issue. Ever since I carpet bombed your empire keto, I have offered you over and over time and time again, advice and help, a walkthrough even, of HOW TO INSTALL A BASIC NUKE DEFENSE GARRISON. I don't know why you turned your nose up to it, but you shouldn't have because you still haven't got it right. So I'll go back to the solution. Submit specific country names, document the time frame(s) in question. Check your salary levels as well. Above all else, watch your population graphs. Psycho_Honey (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 12:32 am ok, I'll stay on topic sweetcheeks So I'll go back to the solution. Keto (White Giant) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 01:19 pm Windy, first of all, shut the f@#$ up! Remember I stated I was testing 1 country and scrutinized every aspect of what could affect the de-activation? No you don't because you are too caught up in yourself and too busy cutting up everyone else in all the threads posted in the forums. I've been around alot longer than you, so I believe I know how to play this game. Dont tell me I don't. I know about emailing the gms and have done it. I've had issues with other countries because of many, many, many, many weapons. That is why I tried a test country with very basic garrisons set up, no offense or strategic weapons. I monitored salaries, population, made sure each class of worker had the proper age groups. In fact, LLW/MLM had more workers in the 20-35 range than over 50. You arent having this problem because you have no weapons, except for some nukes. Do you even know how to set up garrisons? Jeeps just wont cut it sweetheart, lol. If I wanted your input, which I don't, I would have asked you directly in the title of the post. So, move along little girl and let the big boys have a discussion. |
Serpent (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 03:53 pm This may not be the case at all, but I was just curious......Try adding the number of employed and unemployed mlm's and see if that total is close to the total of mlm's in the over 50yr old group? Cause it might be that the over 50 group is ALL thats left? But does the mlm's that are in the military count as employed? If so need to find how many mlm's are in the military... I dunno just throwing out ideas. |
Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 04:20 pm You still haven't stated a country name at all. So this is still hypothetical BS. Little Boi. |
Keto (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 04:25 pm Thats none of your business mrs. nosey one. This topic doesnt concern you so mind your own business. |
Keto (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 04:42 pm Serpent I've checked all that out. I can see the age groups for LLW/MLM, soldiers/officers in the army and how many of each I have in each age group. The 40-50 age group is way lower than the other age groups. So they are not de-activating because of being over 50. And I've compared those numbers to the number of over 50 MLM I have that are not in the army. |
Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 05:08 pm Yeah, this is strengthening the reality that this is a user error and not a glitch. Thank you for clarifying that Keto. If it doesn't concern me, keep it off the public forum, and make use of your private federation forum. I'll respond to your last update. Again, you are not providing a country name, or actual figures for anyone to check or prove. Clearly you are not interested in having anyone really find out if it is a game issue, or a you issue. Terms like 'way lower' are not defined so that one can verify the accuracy of your claims one way or another. This thread still qualifies as spam, and will be treated as such until the parameters change. |
Serpent (Little Upsilon) | Friday, July 30, 2010 - 11:19 pm Actually spam when fried is very tastey! Spam and eggs anybody? |
Green Starfish (Little Upsilon) | Monday, August 2, 2010 - 03:21 am Keto - Could it be the number of military bases you have? I don't think you can have more than 20,000 weapons per base... |
