Early in the game ASPAM Heavy Tank Ammunition Corp had debt get too high, so creditors forced a cut in salary and hires. I rebuilt the health, the country will be doing fine with sales, cash , etc, the available employees will be balanced (no shortage of any particular type, the salary will be the same as most corps in the country, but the "hire" number will revert to a very low number. The only way to rebuild staff is to go to "Auto" for hire, salary... I'm guessing that there's some bug that causes Simc to think that old problem has reoccured. |
