SimCEO (Kebir Blue) | Sunday, May 3, 2009 - 07:32 pm I am having to log on and manually order supplies for my corporations 2 times a day. I have my buying set at Time Based Strategy, starting at 90% of market price and increase at 6% per month. But the last 2 wks over a dz of my corps are lowering production due to lack of supplies. There was a place where I used be able to set the minimum threshold of stocks at 4 month ( Can't find that feature anymore in corp management ) Also while manually ordering I noticed some companies (especially newer ones) will only auto purchase 5 month of supplies when I use Immediate ordering. I can not located the size of order function now. So my question is are there still Auto functions controls for Auto Order Size. Auto minimum stock level reached on ordering (ex. stock drop below 5 month, auto reordering of supplies) |
SimCEO (Kebir Blue) | Monday, May 4, 2009 - 06:31 pm When I manually order immediate deliveries, the quantites vary a lot. For instance I notice I buy up to 30 month supplies with High tech services. But sometimes will get only 5 month of supplies on Steel. I remember I set my average order at 10 month supplies which I usually get. But now forgot where I found the order sizes function. |
Ravenous Cannibal (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, May 6, 2009 - 08:48 am immediate orders only fill if there are products on the market. You can set the order strategies for your country. It is under trade. I have noticed the large stock of high tech services and services. I think the GM added it because they were concerned that a sustained service shortage could crash the entire economy. |
