Hello my Country have a bug and it will require manual adjustment from GM or something.
5 Years ago, (Game Time) i canceled all my upgrade pending for all my corporations.( In retract material order, From Corporation page, Both prod and efficiency)
Since then , When i go to the upgrade page, i see most of my corporation showing 2`pending` upgrade for most corps (Exept those at 200 already) But the problem is that they are not in the in the material order anymore since i remove them but since , on the upgrade page , the `pending` is not removed, The game will not order the upgrades.
The result of this bug is that some corporation i created 5-6-7-8 etc years ago are stuck at 100-101 (some 110 etc) upgrade and are not upgrading anymore since a while.
My country is alpha on LU and check Esquido gasoline to see a clear exemple of this bug. Created 5 years ago (roughly)
upgrade 100-101.
Pending 2 eff 2 quality.
In the material order page ... Nothing.
Please help me |

You only canceled one order of upgrades. You did not turn off the automation to upgrade.
Somewhere under the settings drop-down menu there should be an option to change automation settings. You can uncheck auto upgrades for your corps there (I advise doing this through settings instead of the corps-->upgrades page because you can also turn off upgrades for new corps through the automation settings page.)
I can understand not wanting to upgrade effectivity, but unless dealing with nukes or contracts to your own country, you should ALWAYS upgrade quality. |

With all due respect i dont think you understand the bug.
The Order has been place and moved under pending.
But i cancel those once around 5 Years ago.
Now they are STILL under PENDING but they will never be delivered since i canceled them and will neither order new ones so i am stuck im a loophole.
My only choice is to close all corporation affected by this bug and it is really really not making me happy since i spent boosters on some.(AKA my real life cash is stuck on a bug)
Please i need Coder or developper or GM help there is a piece of code missing and i think it should be easy to figure out and confirm.
Look at esquido gasoline .. waiting since 5+years for upgrades....
Some corporation are degrading from 200 and will not order either.
Because they are stuck with 2 pending that will never be delivered because i canceled them long ago and i can`t do anything. |

HLW shortages would be a possible reason...effectivity upgrades increase HLW requirements. |

Has Any higher tier investigate my bug ??
This is serious because most of my corporations are degrading slowly.
I spent my real life cash on this and i really expect at least an answer.
Most of my corporations will NOT UPGRADE ANYMORE, And are SLOWLY DEGRADING untill they reach 100-100.
If you CANNOT solve the problem tell me i will close the corporations and stop wasting my time.
On LU, Country ALPHA, Check esquido gasoline , Odin electric power, Parchim oil, And almost all other except a few are Bugged.
PLEASE HELP or tell me where to write a proper complaint.

But they are NOT pending since i manualy canceled them.
And they wont Auto-reorder them.
And i cannot Manualy re-order them.
And i cannot remove the PENDING.
Therefore its Stuck in a loophole.

I have the same problem on my CEO.
Check these for exemples ......
Server:LU
Entreprise: Quebec inc
Corporations:
-Moshita Anti Aircraft Missiles
-Denvre Computer.
Stuck at 100 with 2 pending, But none in the material upgrade page.
Proofs: (copy pasted)
-From Upgrade page: (the 100 are the curent level , the 2 are the pendings)
Denvre Computers 100 2 100 2
-From the retract material order page: (this show the stuff this corporation has order and is waiting for)
Note:This show that there are in fact no upgrade pending.

Have you tried setting it to not upgrade, and then setting it to upgrade again? It might kick it out of waiting for an old order and start fresh again |

I think I saw a similar effect with other raw materials. When I traded with local corporations and bought the inventory below 3 month supply the corporations did not create a buy order.
Do not try to order your upgrades from the pull down window:
[Corporations-manage-upgrades]
Also do not follow:
my corporations then upgrading corporations
The two above are the same page.
Instead, from the country page find:
settings then configure automation systems
In the section at the bottom labeled "Automation of State Owned Corporations" put a check in the white boxes in the columns labeled "effectivity upgrades" and "quality upgrades".
