Pathetic Sheep (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, February 5, 2009 - 06:18 pm After you take over the country the garrisons go back to what was in the radar image. I have seen garrisons showing 0 units and then destroyed hundreds. It is part of the automated defense. In the country I just sacked the only available units were jeeps. You should be able to radar the defensive bases before the automation moves them around. The programmer has not modified the radar plane to keep up with a change in the automation. |
Tom Willard (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, February 6, 2009 - 09:23 am We have looked into this as the numbers are indeed puzzling. The radar plane looks at the garrison. There are also auto deployed weapons that are used in the defense but the radar plane does not see them. conclusion: The auto deployment which is an old feature from the previous war engine should be removed. We have not done so to let people enough time to set up garrisons. We will explain this in the next game news and remove the auto deployment soon after. |
