I was attacking a C3 and the only thing left was a city then all of a sudden the capital was in a different location with full health and defenses and cities reorgarnized but no defense same W.I and the capital was renamed?i still took it over but it was weird. |

Most probably you saw a different map. as for the capital's name, that cannot change in a c3.
c3's also buy weapons every game month.

it did change,The capital was called Fred Fred Burger then when i was going to attack the last city the city was gone and a capital called wick was in its place and it said it was the capital.i made sure of that i looked at the country homepage 6 times |

I have noticed C3 name changes regularly when Iam looking for C3s to build corps.
I go into a region and collect all the C3 names into a text file and note the best ones to buy corps and build.
A day or so later I have gone in to buy or build and got a message to say the the name is not valid.
I go back to the map and click the country and indeed the C3 has had a name change |

There was an announcement in the game news some time ago, that C3s would be renamed to default names, to prevent people from taking over C3s, giving them inappropriate or controversial names, and then deregging them to leave their imprint on SC until the next president took over.
"Fred Fred Burger" sounds like a player-created name--so you probably witnessed the resetting to a default name in progress. |

I set up population trades from countries before I de-register them. The proposal often lasts a long time and the names will change. |
