I would like to suggest the introduction of a new booster. At the cost of 1GC, this new booster would give the target country a new natural resource deposit of a random product and with an (appropriate) random size. We could call it "New Natural Resource".
In a somewhat related note, from what I could find, natural resources are attributed at random in a ad hoc worldwide process. Could you someone please confirm this? |
