The GM should consider introducing a plot line wherein the exclusive minerals from Tiny atlas are discovered on other worlds.

Something akin to the ever popular Headline, "Kid on vacation makes Amazing find". These would be small deposits and only occur such that there were only a very few available at any given time. Basically, it should be easy to add this to same code that causes "Disasters". It would be nice to have good things come from that code.

The GM could frame it different ways. It could be:
*Just a surprise small wind fall for a random premium player.
*A good sized Cache that could be worth going to war for control over
*The war aspect could be excluded by only having it happen to players in secured mode.
*Or the war aspect could be promoted by only having it occur in unsecured countries. Or even only in C3s.
*Maybe it could only happen in countries that have removed war level protection. Removal of war level protection needs more perks anyway.
