I'm unsure how it works now, as it seems to swap back and forth, but I suggest the following:
When creating a new corp and using the "Search for a country" function, the check box should be be checks by default for "only countries with a president"
I dont know the implications of this behind the scenes but I feel like this would do more to make the worlds feel alive and populated. |
