Since you now need to have 80 million population in a country in order to sell any - you should just remove the feature entirely. It's kind of insulting that you need that much population to be able to even participate in that feature.
I don't understand why you can't sell population, period, but since you made it 80 million minimum, you're excluding almost everyone anyways. Just remove it. |
