SuperSoldierRCP | Saturday, March 31, 2018 - 10:53 pm I suggest creating another school that operates identically to "Back-to-work-schools". I suggest it be called "Work force rehabilitation" which allows a certain percentage of elderly to return back to work. Due to high healthcare indexs and changes elderly populations can make up a noticeable portion of the population and I feel this adds an element of realism as we see the elderly still in the work force past retirement. They can make up no more than 20% of the corporate workforce and no more than 15% of the total population will return back to work. I believe this would help to lower social security costs, provides extra workers, increases income, and would help to promote better education. |
