make ground based vehicle that is used for anti aircraft. A meat grinder would be too primitive for jets. Or it may work against helis. For shooting jets a SAM truck. Then we could use tanks and arty and would not have to rely on fighters and bombers and airfore maintain.

Also you could have stinger men transported by truck. Which are great on C&C generals. Ground battle rules on C&C Generals. GLA love Stingers. GLA would wipe out the US Airforce.
